KERAMAS
Our first stop is KERAMAS for three nights our resort is located along side a spring fed river in a jungle setting. Enjoy daily yoga & meditation in our Yoga Shala , no experience needed. Immerse yourself in a Spiritual water blessing ceremony in our 9th century temple where you will cleanse your body, mind, & spirit, & remove any negative influences. Attend an Agni Hotra -fire renewal ceremony with 4 Mangkus this powerful ceremony will allow you to release past issues & set new intentions for the future. Enjoy a fun & informative wellness session where you will learn how to make face masks & body scrubs using products grown in our onsite farm, Plus the Balinese tonic Jamu taken to improve health & heal many ailments. Visit a local jewellery shop & factory Plus a natural products shop. ​
Next its UBUD for three nights -Our accommodation is in the heart of Ubud, ​ Be mesmerised in a Sound healing session @ Pyramids of Chai Learn Balinese traditional recipes in a lunch time cooking class. Visit the cheeky Monkey forest. Enjoy a traditional Legong dance at Ubud Palace. Have lunch in a restaurant overlooking the iconic lush Balinese rice terraces. Swoosh over the rice terraces on a Bali swing or pose for photos in a birds nest (extra cost) Shop at the famous Ubud art market. Plus you will have plenty of time to explore Ubud , or relax around the pool. ​

SEMINYAK
Now we head to the vibrant beachside region of SEMINYAK for two nights, our accommodation under ten minute walk to beach. Here we will enjoy a cocktail at iconic roof top bar watching the sunset Sit on a beach bean bag with your feet in the sand enjoying a Bintang at sunset. Enjoy an english high tea in a traditional Joglo ​

To ensure a relaxed & stress-free start to your retreat, we recommend arriving the day before, as the program begins promptly at 8:00 AM on the first day.
We’re happy to arrange an extra night’s stay at the retreat hotel for you (additional charges apply).
Rest assured, you’ll still be met at the airport with our signature V.I.P. service & transferred to your accommodation in comfort or picked up from your accommodation if already in Bali.
