KERAMAS

Our journey begins in Keramas, where we’ll spend four nights at a serene jungle resort nestled beside a spring-fed river.

Start each day with gentle yoga & guided meditation in our peaceful open-air Yoga Shala—no experience necessary, just a willingness to breathe & unwind.

Experience a traditional spiritual water blessing at our 9th-century temple, a powerful ritual to purify the body, calm the mind, & release unwanted energies.

Take part in an Agni Hotra fire ceremony led by four Mangkus (Balinese high priests). This sacred ritual offers a unique opportunity to let go of the past & set clear, powerful intentions for the future.

Join a fun & interactive wellness workshop where you'll learn to create natural face masks & body scrubs using ingredients from our onsite organic farm. You’ll also be introduced to Jamu, the traditional Balinese herbal tonic known for its healing & health-boosting properties.

Plus we have a Caning Sari workshop, you will learn how to make traditional Balinese offerings & balance a Gobagan on your head like the local ladie.

To round out your Keramas experience, we’ll visit a local jewellery studio & factory, followed by a stop at a shop filled with beautifully crafted natural Balinese products.

UBUD

Next, we journey to vibrant Ubud for three unforgettable nights—staying right in the heart of this cultural haven.

Be transported during a powerful sound healing session at the iconic Pyramids of Chi, a deeply relaxing & soul-nourishing experience.

Channel your creativity in a hands-on Balinese cooking class, learning traditional recipes to savour & share

Or design your own masterpiece in a Batik art session, a cherished local craft.

Meet the cheeky residents of the Sacred Monkey Forest, then enjoy a magical evening watching a traditional Legong dance performance .

Savour lunch with stunning views of the lush, terraced rice fields, & for those feeling adventurous, glide above them on a Bali swing

Wander the stalls of the famous Ubud Art Market, brimming with local treasures & handmade crafts.

And of course, there will be plenty of free time to explore Ubud at your own pace—whether that means shopping, café hopping, or simply relaxing by the pool.

SEMINYAK

Our final stop is the vibrant beachside haven of Seminyak, where we’ll spend two nights just a short stroll from the sand & sea.

Unwind with a sunset cocktail at an iconic rooftop bar, soaking in sweeping ocean views as the sky turns gold.

Feel the relaxed island vibe as you sink into a beach beanbag, feet in the sand, sipping a cold Bintang beneath the setting sun.

Delight in a charming English high tea served in a traditional Joglo, a beautiful blend of elegance & culture.

Spend your time browsing local markets, picking up last-minute treasures & handmade finds.

Then take time to relax, reflect, & recharge—so you feel grounded & ready for your journey home.

To ensure a relaxed & stress-free start to your retreat, we recommend arriving the day before, as the program begins promptly at 8:00 AM on the first day.
We’re happy to arrange an extra night’s stay at the retreat hotel for you (additional charges apply).

Rest assured, you’ll still be met at the airport with our signature V.I.P. service & transferred to your accommodation in comfort or picked up from your accommodation if already in Bali.
